Photography | Autumn Sunset in Hyde Park - 10/10/10

I've never seen the sun this large is London and there was almost an 'eclipse' effect although I'm not aware of any astrominical anomalies being reported on 10th October 2010 - an auspicious date! In the distance you can see an obelisk and also the spire of St. Mary Abbots, an historical Kensington CofE church. Sadly I didn't have my camera on a very high resolution that day. The photowatermark refers to a previous (now discontinued) blog I was planning to post this on.

  4. Thanks Vicki, it was so surreal - being in Hyde Park at Twilight and then trying to figure out if it was the moon or the sun! x
